Final Sale Items

All original artwork, digital framed prints, digital prints and custom wearable art pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged.
Dropshipped Items (Made-to-Order)

Dropshipped merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, or certain prints) is produced per order and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse (change of mind, etc.).

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To request an exchange or refund, please email info@visualsbyjess.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

Arrange an exchange for the same item, or

Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Approved exchanges will be for the same product only.
