Return Policy – Visuals by Jess

Final Sale Items

  • All original artwork, digital framed prints, digital prints and custom wearable art pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged.

Dropshipped Items (Made-to-Order)

  • Dropshipped merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, or certain prints) is produced per order and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse (change of mind, etc.).

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • To request an exchange or refund, please email info@visualsbyjess.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we will either:

    • Arrange an exchange for the same item, or

    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Approved exchanges will be for the same product only.

Return Shipping

  • Do not send items back without prior approval.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
