Shipping Policy – Visuals by Jess

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Visuals by Jess offers a mix of custom one-of-one artwork/wearable art and drop-shipped merchandise through third-party partners.

  • Because of this, shipping times and methods will vary depending on the product ordered.

  • If your order includes items from both categories, they may arrive in separate packages.

Custom Pieces (Shipped Directly by Visuals by Jess)

  • Custom and one-of-one artwork is created and shipped directly from Visuals by Jess.

  • These pieces take longer to process due to their handmade nature. Please allow 2–4 weeks (or as noted on the product page) for production and processing before shipping.

  • Shipping times vary by destination, but U.S. delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after processing.

Dropshipped Items (Shipped by Third-Party Vendors)

  • Items such as prints, apparel, or accessories may be fulfilled by third-party vendors.

  • Processing usually takes 3–7 business days 

  • Shipping times vary, but U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–10 business days after processing. International orders may take 10–21 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout per item or vendor.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking information will be emailed once each item has shipped.

  • You may receive more than one tracking number if your order contains items from different vendors.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Visuals by Jess is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once in the carrier’s possession.

  • If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of limited edition and custom artwork, all sales are final unless otherwise noted.

  • Dropshipped items may follow the vendor’s return policies, which will be detailed on the product listing if applicable.
